We start with the foundations. Whether you already have a streamlined strategy or need to press pause and revisit your why and your how, we're going to spend our first session together figuring out what you want the next 6-12 months of your business journey to look like. Foundations first, always. Then we can take action on it.
Oct 1st - Afternoon session: Innovative offer development + strategy
With our strategy in place, we can start looking at how it translates into the things you offer and sell. Your zone of genius linked to what your people want and need linked to how you want your day-to-day to run. You'll have my eyes on your offer structure and my 12+ years of experience on how you can make it even more irresistible to the dream-fit customers you're here to serve and support.

In our final session of SheSells LIVE I'm going to help you create your sales strategy - on your terms, based on your strategy, offers, dream-fit clients, numbers and aspirations for your business. I'm also going to walk you through the daily habits you'll start implementing at the event so that when you leave, you're leaving with the knowledge and confidence to continue implementing it.

And to wrap it all up, we finish with a Barcelona-style celebration breakfast (with coffee and croissants of course) in the glorious sunshine. A space to reflect on everything you've experienced, uncovered and achieved in the past two days, in the company of the other wonderful women who, just like you, are ready to take things to the next level.
